The Hill offers a choice of six WTB Gold Award-rated conference/meeting rooms and a superbly equipped video conferencing suite. The number of delegates each room can accommodate is subject to layout and facilities required. All rooms feature wheelchair access and hearing loops.
Strand Jones (11m x 5m, ground floor)
Originally a music and games room, this highly versatile conference
room is located on the ground floor with large windows which give a view over
the gardens and the Blorenge Mountain.
Standard facilities: Smart board; data projector; black-out blinds. Accommodates: Theatre style 40; Boardroom style 20; Classroom style 32.
Lady Llanofer (11m x 5m, ground floor)
This room was originally used as the 'morning room' and now provides
a light airy space ideal for smaller meetings, functions and
training events. The original fireplace and wood carvings have been
carefully preserved and restored.
Standard facilities: black-out blinds. Accommodates: Theatre style: 25; Boardroom style: 15; Classroom style: 25; Cabaret style: 18.
Pritchard Martin (10m x 5.9m, ground floor)
The Pritchard Martin room has a wealth of original features
including marble fireplace and ornate plasterwork, this room is ideal
for meetings, small conferences and training events. A light airy room with
views towards the Blorenge Mountain.
Standard facilities: black-out
blinds. Accommodates: Theatre style 24; Boardroom style: 16;
Classroom style: 24.
Gwendoline Lewis (10m x 5.9m, ground floor)
The Gwendoline Lewis room contains the original fireplace and dining
furniture, and is laid out in boardroom style. This room is ideally suited for smaller meetings or private
dining.
Standard facilities: Smart board; data projector; black-out blinds. Accommodates: 12 (boardroom style only)
Jasper Tudor (9.5m x 9.5m, ground floor)
This spacious, modern and highly versatile conference room is located on the ground floor
near the lift, dining room and bedrooms. Standard facilities: Wall-mounted projection screens; black-out blinds.
Accommodates: Theatre style 70; Boardroom style 36; Classroom style 50; Cabaret style 42.
Punchbowl (9.5m x 9.5m, first floor)
Located on the first floor opposite the Blorenge restaurant, this
self-contained room is the ideal location for a meeting, training
facility or private dining function. Includes
4.5m sq. syndicate room
Accommodates: Theatre style: 30; Boardroom style: 20; Classroom style: 24; Cabaret style: 24.

VIDEO CONFERENCING SUITE
The Hill Education and Conference Centre Video Conference facility offers business users a comfortably-appointed, cost-effective alternative to travel for meetings, presentations, interviews, etc. We regularly fulfil requests for local, national and international conferences including link-ups with Hong-Kong, the USA and Australia. Ideally suited to accommodating five delegates in comfort.

BAR, RESTAURANT AND ACCOMMODATION
Our residential accommodation comprises 50 en-suite bedrooms, a licensed bar and restaurant.
All our attractive and fully-equipped bedrooms feature, tea and coffee-making facilities, telephones and televisions and we are proud to announce that our accommodation has received a Silver Award and a 3-star rating from the Wales Tourist Board (WTB).
A range of drinks and snacks is available from the licensed Sugarloaf Bar and our Punchbowl Restaurant offers a wide choice of menus.
