Cook with love, cook with your soul, but if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen! Who will be Franco’s apprentice?
Acclaimed chef and former owner of the Walnut Tree restaurant Franco Taruschio OBE, and writer and expert in regional Italian cookery Lindy Wildsmith have created a programme of informal team building events with a difference.
Extra curriculum entertainment?
Cook with love cook with your soul, cook your own and your team’s lunch or dinner. All too often the evening of a training course or conference ends up in the bar, resulting in a hangover and lack of focus for the next day’s events. We believe that it is during informal moments like these that a team can really come together.
Of course the experience doesn't have to be part of a conference or training course. Nor does it have to take place in the evening. Franco and Lindy will provide this unique team building event any time; weekday evening or weekend.
About the experience
Bespoke Italian Cooking on the Hill will enhance residential courses and conferences or make the perfect stand-alone treat to reward staff or entertain clients, delegates or friends. Follow the example of food-savvy city-slickers and get into the kitchen and if you can’t stand the heat get out!

- Classes designed to suit you
- Groups of up to 20
- £120.00 per person
- Smaller groups welcome however minimum cost is based on a group of 15
