Champagne and Sparkles at The Hill
Friday 19 & Saturday 20 September, 7.30pm - an Abergavenny Food Festival event.
A night to savour; at this gourmet event we've prepared a gastronomic eight course menu to choose from. To complement each exquisite dish, local wine connoisseur Peter Ayling will provide outstanding wine from around the world and provide tasting notes. Having relished every mouthful, our cheese course will be provided courtesy of Susan Fiander-Woodhouse of the Blaenafon Cheddar Company.
Tickets: £45.00 per person (Accommodation also available: double room £60.00, single £40.00 per room).

The Hill Wine Club
The Hill is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting a selection of evenings throughout the year, specifically designed for you to taste and enjoy a variety of wines from all over the world.
The evenings will be led by Local Wine Consultant, Peter Ayling, who has over 20 years experience in the wine industry. Peter will develop your ability to choose, discuss and recommend wines from all over the world with confidence.
Wine samples are served with each course of the meal and further talks from Peter will continue into the meal. This will give you further insight into how the wines interact with the flavours in the dishes.
